Quotations and production terms

MOQ, sampling and production timelines shown on the website are typical starting terms. Final prices, quantities, timelines, materials, tolerances, payment terms and delivery arrangements must be confirmed in writing for each order.

Samples and approvals

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving samples, measurements, materials, colors, artwork, labels and other production details. Bulk production begins only after the required approvals and commercial terms have been confirmed.

Client-provided materials

You confirm that you have the right to provide and use all designs, trademarks, artwork, tech packs and reference materials submitted to us. You are responsible for claims arising from unauthorized materials.

Intellectual property

SQC Apparel respects client-owned designs and branding. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our website content, branding, layout and original materials may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-party services

This website may link to email, WhatsApp or other third-party services. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies.
