We use this information to review your inquiry, prepare quotations, develop samples, communicate about production, provide customer service and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Designs and product files

Tech packs, sketches, reference images and other product materials are used only to evaluate or complete the manufacturing work you request. Please do not send information that you are not authorized to share.

Service providers and international communication

We may use email, WhatsApp, hosting and other service providers to communicate with you and operate this website. Because our factory is located in Wuhan, China, information you send may be processed in China and in the locations where these service providers operate.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and production information only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, manufacturing, legal and recordkeeping purposes. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no online transmission method is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information that you previously provided, subject to legal and business recordkeeping requirements.
